To help you finish strong with resources at-the-ready, we’ve compiled a list of the most helpful free online school counseling tools, specifically for middle and high school counselors and their students.
1) Financial Avenue
Inceptia is offering K-12 financial education coursework through June 30. Peruse highly relevant courses on topics like College and Money, FAFSA, Spending and Borrowing, and more.
The complete suite of Accessibyte accessibility tools is available for free. Educators working with students who are blind, visually impaired, deaf, or have reading difficulties can find helpful technology apps to make lessons easier.
3) Kuder’s online career development resources
Kuder has made an assortment of online career development resources available for free through June 30. Kuder Navigator allows students to explore interests, navigate options, and achieve goals. Educators looking for PD can also access a 10-hour, self-guided course: Kuder Career Advisor Training: Essentials. Learn more.
Nepris allows access to a compendium of live conversations and recorded videos with experts in a variety of career fields. Students can also take part in live “industry chats” with STEM professionals.
This college and career readiness platform is available free to all high schools. Students can partake in virtual college visits and more to familiarize themselves with their options. Students can also access a college search database to research institutions, tuition fees, and application deadlines. Register for an account.
